Dear Revibed family,
We have some BIG news today. We’ve been cooking up for a while something special in the studio (well… our dev team’s studio, not a recording one 😉). And now it’s time to lift the curtain: Playlists have arrived to Revibed!
You read that right! You’re now able to not only dig into your collection but also spin it your way, craft your own mixes, carry it in your pocket, and even share them with the whole community. Let’s break it down:
Your collection, now playing
Every track you’ve purchased on Revibed is as of today fully playable on-site. Think of it as your very own online player, right where your collection lives. Not bought a track yet? No problem! You still get a one-minute preview to test the waters before adding it to your cart.
Craft your own playlists
Name them, style them, give them a cover image, write a note about what inspired them—your playlists will be as unique as your taste. And here’s the best part: publish them, and they’ll appear in a dedicated section on Revibed’s main page for other members to discover.
Buy tracks individually
We know many of you have been asking for this, and we’re happy to say it’s finally a reality: with the launch of Playlists, you’ll also be able to buy individual tracks. No more needing to grab the whole album just to get that one gem you’ve been chasing. Pick the tracks you love, add them to your playlists, and play them whenever you like, wherever you like.
Share the love, earn a cut
This is where it gets really exciting. If another user buys a track directly from your playlist, you automatically pocket 10% of the track price into your Revibed account. You’ll even get your own stats page to track your earnings.
So in short: The music knowledge you’ve built—and the passion you pour into your curations—now literally pay off.
A win for everyone
By empowering you to share and profit from your passion, we also aim to shed more visibility (and more love!) to the original artists and labels behind these rare and wonderful gems. Everybody wins: you, the artists, and the wider Revibed community.
On that note, we could use your musical knowledge to locate these authors: Have you heard of our ‘Artist Hunters’ initiative? It might be worth your attention!
