Revibed Original Artists: Featuring DJ Jean-Marie Koné
We are thrilled to announce DJ Jean-Marie Koné has as a signed artist to the Revibed family. A pioneering figure in the French electronic music scene, Jean-Marie began his DJ career in the early 1990s alongside Laurent Garnier at Paris's renowned Rex Club. His influential presence has been felt across iconic venues such as The Palace, The Boy, and The Queen. Beyond Paris, Jean-Marie has graced international stages, including performances in Miami, New York, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Ibiza. Notably, he has been a significant contributor to the Croatian electronic music scene since 1996.
Jean-Marie's contributions extend beyond the decks; he has collaborated with esteemed artists like Jeff Mills, Slam, Sven Väth, and Joachim Garraud. As a producer, his projects, including Soundiata and KnR, showcase his versatility across techno and house genres. In 2016, he founded the label Electronic Griot, further cementing his role as a curator and innovator in the electronic music landscape.
His extensive experience also includes a nine-year residency on France's FG DJ Radio, where he hosted the show After FG. Jean-Marie's dedication to music and his global perspective make him a perfect addition to Revibed. We are excited to collaborate with him and share his exceptional artistry with our community.
